John set up Vision Survey in 2007. Over twelve years he has championed Vision’s growth that enables the company to offer a complete package of engineering, utility and permit solutions.
He has twenty-five years of experience in Permit to Dig management for a multitude of large-scale construction projects in the UK including Heathrow T5, Olympic Park, Crossrail and more recently, Thames Tideway, Hinkley Point and HS2.
In his spare time, John enjoys training and taking part in various charity events.

Mark joined Vision Survey in 2020 from Working 8 years as a Senior Project Manager for Gatwick Airport’s complex baggage projects worth over £50M. As Operations Manager he is responsible for delivering our work on time, cost and to the agreed quality. Along with continuous improvement & innovation.
Outside of work Mark enjoys DIY, walking his rescued dog, and martial arts.

Thomas joined Vision Survey in 2013. As Financial Controller he is responsible for the company budgets and forecasts as well as overseeing payroll, contracts and invoicing.
Outside of work Thomas enjoys holidaying in Thailand.
